Teresa Sullivan - Biography
A resident of Southern Arizona for over 20 years and loving it! I specialize in 55+ communities in the Green Valley area and also aid in home sales and purchasing in Sahuarita and Tubac. I was born and raised in Laramie, WY, moved to Denver in my 20's (15 year resident) and then detoured to North Carolina for 11 years. Milder temperatures, small town living, and gorgeous scenery drew me here.
My real estate experience is extensive, since moving to Arizona, I have sold new homes in Rita Ranch and Quail Creek and have been in re-sale for over 15 years.
