We are a manufactured home community of property owners (meaning that we own the land that our home sits on), that began in 1975. This is a retirement community of over 536 homes. You can be as active, or as inactive, as you care to be. There are many activities going on here and you are invited to join in any of them. We are governed by the Pueblo Estates Homeowners Association, and we abide by the Rules and Covenants set down by them. Board members are elected by vote (one vote per household) and serve a three-year term. The Board Officers are elected by the Board at its first meeting of the new year. An annual meeting for all homeowners is held in January. Homeowner Association meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 8:30 am (except July and August). We maintain our own streets with the exception of La Canoa, which is a county-owned street. To make sure there will always be open spaces, there are several "green areas", which cannot be used for building.
